The lower compartment is fully enclosed by doors and includes an adjustable middle shelf, allowing storage of both large and small items. Three drawers with removable dividers offer flexible organisation for cutlery, napkins, or condiments, while the open plate-compartment version supports quick access for plated dishes.

The module stands on four 75 mm castors, two of which lock, enabling easy repositioning without lifting. Its worktop can be specified in either formica or stainless steel, depending on the required durability and finish. The unit is designed to integrate seamlessly with other self-service equipment, maintaining a consistent line height and depth.

Customisation extends to both function and appearance. Optional accessories include foldable dish holders, removable tray slides in wood or stainless steel, and reinforced castors for heavier loads. Assembly and use follow a straightforward sequence. The module arrives fully assembled, requiring only the attachment of castors if not pre-fitted. Doors and drawers open smoothly, with the soft-close mechanism preventing slamming. The adjustable shelf in the lower compartment can be set at the desired height before loading. Optional accessories, such as tray slides or dish holders, are installed as needed, either permanently or temporarily, depending on the service style.
