The ROCAM Athena SAL N2 AL provides a sturdy laminated wood frame that supports upper shelves and doors while leaving the base open for optional plate racks or additional storage. Two doors enclose a compartment with an interior shelf whose height can be adjusted to hold trays, plates or serving dishes of varying sizes. Soft-close hinges prevent slamming, reducing noise in busy service areas.

The module stands on four 75 mm castors, two of which have brakes, allowing the unit to be moved into position and then locked in place. This mobility makes it possible to reconfigure a buffet line quickly between services or to relocate the module for deep cleaning. The castors also raise the frame clear of the floor, simplifying mopping and spill management.

Operation is straightforward: the operator loads the interior shelf and upper surfaces with prepared dishes, then closes the doors to keep items protected until service begins.
