Equipped with 2 drawers with inner dividers for cutlery, 2 doors with inner height-adjustable shelf and 2 upper shelves, one of which height-adjustable.
A mobile waiters station keeps cutlery, napkins and service essentials within reach of the dining room without taking up permanent floor space. The unit rolls on castors so staff can reposition it between shifts or clear a path for cleaning. Large wheels and a reinforced base prevent tipping when the station is loaded and pushed across carpet or uneven thresholds.
The station provides both enclosed and open storage. Two full-width drawers with internal dividers organise cutlery by type; the dividers slide out for quick restocking. Below the drawers, two hinged doors conceal an adjustable-height shelf that holds trays, folded linens or bulk supplies. Above the worktop, two open shelves give immediate access to frequently used items; one shelf adjusts to fit taller bottles or stacks of plates.
To load the station, staff slide cutlery into the drawer dividers, place trays or linens on the internal shelf, and set service items on the open shelves. The castors lock to keep the station stationary during service; when the shift ends, the locks release and the station rolls to a storage alcove or service corridor.
The carcass is laminated wood, chosen for its resistance to scratches and spills in a busy dining room. The finish is available in twenty standard colours, allowing the station to match existing restaurant decor. Optional accessories include an open six-compartment cutlery holder that replaces the drawers, a nylon protection cover for the worktop, a lockable door or drawer, and an extra shelf.
Controls are limited to the castor brakes, which engage with a foot pedal on each corner. The brakes prevent rolling while the station is in use but release instantly when staff need to move it.
The overall dimensions of 948 mm wide, 470 mm deep and 1508 mm high create a compact footprint that fits beside a sideboard or against a corridor wall. The 94 kg weight keeps the station stable when loaded but still allows one person to push it across a level floor. Packing size is 120 × 80 × 180 mm for shipping or storage.
Cleaning involves wiping the laminated surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The drawers and shelves remove for thorough cleaning; the castors require occasional lubrication to keep them turning smoothly.
