Two braked casters at the base allow the dispenser to be moved between storage and the plating station, then locked in place during use.

Operation begins by lifting the lid and placing plates into the central column. The dispenser's neutral constant-level mechanism automatically lowers the stack as plates are taken from the front, ensuring the next plate is always presented at the same height. No power or manual cranking is required; the weight of the plates themselves drives the movement. The laminated wood frame provides a stable base and can be customised in a range of colours to match kitchen decor or branding.

The frame is constructed from laminated wood, chosen for its durability and resistance to moisture in a busy kitchen environment.
