3 GN 1/1
A refrigerated countertop drop-in unit keeps three GN 1/1 containers chilled directly beneath a seamless stainless-steel work surface. The static cooling system circulates cold air without forced fans, relying on natural convection to maintain an even temperature across every shelf. A compressor driven by R290 refrigerant pulls heat from the interior and expels it through a concealed condenser, allowing the unit to hold food safely between +2 °C and +10 °C without drying or frost build-up.
The operator slides GN containers into the three recessed wells, sets the digital thermostat to the desired temperature, and closes the lid. Once powered on, the compressor cycles automatically to keep the contents within the chosen range. The rounded edges of the moulded worktop prevent spills from pooling, and the static cooling eliminates the need for regular defrosting.
The entire top and front apron are fabricated from a single sheet of stainless steel, polished to a smooth finish that resists fingerprints and wipes clean with a damp cloth. The compressor and condenser are housed below the work surface, protected by a removable panel that allows access for maintenance. A digital thermostat mounted on the front edge displays the current temperature and allows precise adjustment.
The 230 V power requirement matches a standard single-phase kitchen circuit, while the 0.330 kW load remains low enough for continuous operation alongside other countertop appliances. At 27 kg, the unit can be lifted by two people and positioned on any sturdy worktop without additional reinforcement. The external footprint of 1171 × 747 mm fits within a standard metre-wide run, leaving space for adjacent prep areas or display units.
The base model includes static refrigeration and a stainless-steel structure; optional LED lighting, tempered-glass sneeze-guards, and removable display grids can be added to suit service style. Two refrigeration variants are available: a built-in compressor or a remote unit for installations where noise or heat must be kept away from the counter.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless-steel surfaces with a mild detergent, removing the GN containers to wash them separately, and occasionally vacuuming the condenser coils through the access panel to maintain airflow. The rounded edges and seamless construction prevent dirt from collecting in corners or seams.
The unit is catalogued under countertop refrigeration for professional kitchens and food-service counters.
