ROCAM Serving Trolley CERERE for Professional Kitchens

Designed for demanding kitchen environments, the ROCAM CERERE serving trolley transports hot dishes, stacked tableware, or bulk supplies smoothly between preparation and service areas. Three noise-reducing shelves, supported by swivel castors, maintain stability even on uneven flooring. The shelves accommodate standard gastronorm trays or stacked plates, allowing the trolley to handle table clearing, buffet restocking, and service station replenishment efficiently.

Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the trolley resists corrosion and staining caused by food acids, steam, and cleaning agents. The brushed finish on the shelves minimises glare under bright kitchen lighting. Four non-marking bumpers protect surrounding surfaces, while two of the four castors can be equipped with brakes to secure the trolley during loading.

Each shelf supports substantial weight, contributing to the trolley's total 150 kg payload capacity. The low centre of gravity ensures stability when fully loaded, and the swivel castors enable manoeuvrability in tight spaces. An optional stainless steel litter container attaches to the side, offering a convenient solution for waste or packaging without occupying shelf space.

With dimensions of 1113 mm in length and 622 mm in width, the trolley fits through standard kitchen doorways and alongside workstations. Its 30 kg weight allows easy movement by a single person when empty. The packed size simplifies delivery and storage prior to assembly.

Maintenance follows standard stainless steel cleaning procedures: wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry to prevent water marks. The brushed finish conceals minor scratches, and seamless welds prevent food debris accumulation. Optional braked castors are available for kitchens requiring stationary positioning during service.

The trolley is available in two configurations: a base model with four swivel castors or a version with two braked castors. An optional stainless steel litter container can be added to either model.
