2 GN 1/1
A heated countertop of tempered glass keeps plated dishes at serving temperature without induction. Adhesive silicone heating elements beneath the glass transfer warmth evenly across the surface, regulated by a digital thermostat to hold any setting between chilled and hot.
The operator places the dishes directly on the sandblasted graphics that mark the heated zones. A digital control sets the temperature, and the unit maintains it until the service is finished. When the shift ends, the countertop cools and can be wiped clean.
The construction is a stainless-steel frame with a drop-in tempered-glass top. The glass is toughened for safety and marked with permanent graphics to show the heated areas. A removable display grid can be added for assisted service, and optional sneeze-guards or closed displays are available in straight or inclined tempered glass.
Controls consist of a digital thermostat that adjusts the temperature from 0 to 90 °C. The power draw of 1 kW suits a standard 230 V circuit, and optional LED or halogen lighting may increase the load.
The footprint of 846 by 747 mm fits a standard worktop cut-out of 691 by 593 mm, leaving room for a 22 kg unit that can be moved by two people. The temperature range allows chilled display, gentle warming or hot holding, while the 2 GN 1/1 capacity keeps two full gastronorm trays ready for service.
Cleaning is straightforward: the glass surface wipes with a damp cloth, and the stainless-steel frame resists corrosion. Optional spacers for GN tanks and a water-drain kit simplify upkeep.
Variants include LED lighting, halogen heating lamps, or a combination of both, along with different sneeze-guard styles and closed displays for assisted service. A UK plug supplement is available for British installations.
The product is listed under professional heated counters and drop-in units.
