Roller-grill HD800 Heated Display Showcase for Hot Dishes

A heated display showcase keeps hot dishes at serving temperature while presenting them to customers under glass. The Roller-grill HD800 circulates warm air with a thermo-ventilator and an Incoloy heating element, spreading heat evenly across every shelf. This ventilated method prevents cold spots and keeps food safe for hours without drying it out.

To use the HD800, slide the glass doors open and load hot dishes onto the two 645 × 490 mm glass shelves or place two Gastronorm GN 1/1 dishes on the lower stainless-steel level. Set the electronic thermostat between 20 °C and 90 °C, switch on the heating and ventilation, and close the doors. The LED lighting illuminates the contents, while the thermostat maintains the chosen temperature to the nearest degree. A water drawer beneath the lower shelf adds moisture, keeping croissants and puff pastries soft. When service ends, switch off the unit, remove the doors, shelves and water tray, and wipe down the interior.

The HD800 is built with double-glazed sliding doors and insulated side panels to retain heat. The doors, glass shelves, stainless-steel lower level and water tray all lift out for cleaning. An Incoloy heating element and stainless-steel construction resist corrosion, while the 3 kW power rating matches a standard commercial circuit. The 785 × 675 × 720 mm footprint fits a worktop or counter, and the 92 kg weight requires two people to move it safely. A temperature range of 20 °C to 90 °C covers everything from delicate pastries to meat-based snacks, while the moisture control prevents drying.

Cleaning follows the removable parts: take out the glass doors, glass shelves, stainless-steel lower level and water tray, wash them separately, then wipe the interior with a damp cloth. The unit is offered in white or black finish and comes with two glass shelves; Gastronorm trays are not included.
