A smooth 10 mm enamelled steel plate transfers heat evenly across three independently controlled gas burners, creating a continuous grilling surface without cold edges. Star-shaped burners spread the flame beneath the entire plate, so every part of the 900 mm width reaches the same temperature after a short preheat. This method gives consistent browning and searing, whether the food is meat, fish, vegetables or eggs, and allows different items to cook side by side at their own settings.

The operator lights the grill with a double piezo ignition, then sets each of the three zones to the required flame height using the adjustment buttons. After seven or eight minutes the plate is ready; food is placed directly on the enamel and turned with metal paddles or spatulas. Juices and fat run off the smooth surface into a stainless-steel drawer beneath, which slides out for emptying and cleaning. When cooking is finished, the still-hot plate can be cooled quickly by applying cold water or ice cubes, speeding up the close-down routine.

The 10 mm enamelled steel plate resists scratching from metal utensils, so the surface stays smooth and non-stick over time. Three safety thermocouples monitor each burner; if the flame goes out or gas leaks, the thermocouple shuts off the supply automatically. The removable fat drawer is made of dishwasher-safe stainless steel, reducing manual scrubbing.

Each of the three burners draws power from a 9.6 kW gas supply, so the grill must be connected to a commercial gas line or a large cylinder installation. The 46 kg weight means the unit is moved on a trolley or carried by two people. The footprint of 900 mm by 475 mm fits a standard worktop or a mobile stand, leaving room for side trays and condiments.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the enamelled plate with a damp cloth after cooling, emptying and washing the fat drawer, and brushing any food debris from the burners. The enamel coating prevents sticking and allows metal tools to be used without damage.
