Roller-grill WD100 hot display showcase for countertop use

A heated countertop cabinet keeps pastries, quiches and pizza slices at serving temperature without drying them out. Warm air circulates gently around the food, maintaining an even heat from the moment the items are loaded until they are served. The built-in water tray adds moisture to the air, so croissants stay soft and pastries keep their fresh-baked texture.

The operator places the food on the removable glass shelf, fills the water tray to the marked level, and sets the thermostat anywhere between 20 °C and 90 °C. A single switch turns the heating element and interior lighting on. Both front and rear glass doors lift off completely, so staff can restock or serve from either side. When the cabinet is used for self-service, the locking system secures the customer-side doors, leaving only the staff side open.

The entire unit is built on a stainless-steel base that supports the glass doors and houses the heating element and water tray. The bottom plate, water tray and glass shelf are all removable and dishwasher-safe, so daily cleaning is quick and thorough. A single Gastronorm GN 1/1 tray fits inside the 540 × 330 × 165 mm interior.

The cabinet has a 0.65 kW power rating and runs on a standard 230 V supply. At 12 kg it is light enough to move by hand, and its 590 × 350 × 285 mm footprint fits on most café counters. The adjustable temperature range covers everything from ambient storage to hot holding, so the same unit can display cold desserts in the morning and warm savouries at lunchtime.

Cleaning involves removing the glass shelf, stainless-steel bottom plate and water tray, washing them in the dishwasher, and wiping down the interior glass and heating element with a damp cloth. The exterior stainless-steel surfaces can be polished with a standard kitchen cleaner.

The WD100 is supplied with a thermostat, glass shelf, water tray, switch and interior lighting. The Gastronorm GN 1/1 tray is not included.
