A gas grill heats food by direct radiant heat from burners beneath a solid steel plate. The plate absorbs the heat and spreads it evenly, searing meat, fish or vegetables without drying them. The burners are controlled separately, so one section can be hotter for quick searing while another stays cooler for slower cooking. A safety valve on each burner shuts off the gas if the flame goes out, preventing unburned gas from accumulating.
The operator lights the grill, sets the flame on each burner to the desired level, and places food directly on the baking surface. Fat and juices drip into a tray below, keeping the workspace clean. When cooking is finished, the tray is removed and washed, while the steel plate is scraped and wiped down.
The SPG-801 is built in stainless steel with a 6 mm thick steel baking surface that holds heat and resists warping. The burners are stainless steel with a titanium coating for longer life. A raised edge around the plate keeps food from sliding off, and the drip tray slides out without tools.
Each of the three burners has its own control knob, allowing different heat zones across the 783 mm by 395 mm plate. The 8.25 kW power rating means the grill draws a steady load that needs its own gas supply line and a 230 V electrical connection for the ignition system. The 26 kg weight keeps the unit stable on a worktop, while the 800 mm width fits standard kitchen modules.
Cleaning involves removing the drip tray, emptying it, and washing it in hot water. The baking surface is scraped while still warm, then wiped with a cloth. The burners and safety valves are checked periodically to ensure they are free of grease and debris.
The grill is supplied as a single unit with no variants or accessories listed.
