SAMMIC VITRO GV-10LA Double-Sized Electric Grill

A double-sized electric grill heats food from above and below at once, cutting cooking time and giving even browning without turning. The glass-ceramic plates conduct heat quickly and hold it steadily, so the grill reaches working temperature faster than cast iron and keeps it without hot spots. This method seals in juices and leaves a crisp surface on meats, fish and vegetables while the interior stays moist.

The operator loads food directly onto the lower glass-ceramic plate, closes the upper plate and sets the thermostat. A single control adjusts the temperature up to 300 °C, letting the grill handle everything from delicate fillets to thick steaks. The stainless steel splashback catches grease and steam, and a drawer beneath collects waste for quick removal. Once the food is done, the plates cool enough to wipe down in minutes, ready for the next service.

The grill is built as a stainless steel body with glass-ceramic upper and lower plates, each 538 mm by 248 mm. A thermostat regulates the temperature, and a single control knob sets the level. The splashback and waste drawer are also stainless steel and slide out for cleaning.
