SAYL BUF360 Cold Display Showcase for Buffets

A round cold display showcase keeps buffet food chilled while letting customers serve themselves from any side. The unit circulates cooled air around the food zone, holding temperatures between +4 °C and +8 °C to keep prepared dishes fresh without freezing them. An intermediate neutral shelf adds extra space without refrigeration, so dry or ambient items stay organised above the chilled section.

The operator loads up to eight glass trays with plated food, then sets the adjustable thermostat to the desired temperature within the +4/+8 °C range. LED lighting inside the dome switches on automatically, highlighting the food and drawing customer attention. The methacrylate dome lifts off easily for daily cleaning, and the circular design allows service from all sides, making it practical for busy self-service areas.

The showcase is built on a stainless-steel frame with a clear methacrylate dome and a worktop that measures 950 mm square. The neutral shelf sits above the refrigerated food zone, increasing capacity without adding refrigeration load. Controls are limited to the adjustable thermostat, which maintains the set temperature in the food zone.
