This premium self-service buffet combines modern technology with thoughtful design, offering an ideal solution for food presentation in hotels and restaurants.
Temperature mode +60°C
A heated glass surface maintains dishes at a steady 60 °C, preserving warmth and presentation throughout service. The glass acts as a thermal conductor, distributing heat evenly from beneath while allowing diners to view the food without opening the unit. This method prevents temperature fluctuations that can occur with open chafing dishes or unheated displays, ensuring consistent quality from the first to the last serving.
The buffet is operated by loading dishes onto the glass surface, then setting the desired temperature via the digital control panel. Once the unit reaches 60 °C, the internal LED lighting switches on, illuminating the food from within. The lighting is positioned to cast an even glow across the surface, enhancing the visual appeal of plated dishes without creating hotspots or glare. The operator monitors the temperature display and adjusts as needed, though the system maintains the set point automatically once reached.
Construction combines a stainless steel frame with a high-pressure laminate (HPL) worktop finished in a stone-effect pattern. The stainless steel protective cover encloses the interior when not in use, shielding the glass and lighting from dust and accidental contact. The right-side configuration places the control panel and power connection on the right-hand end, leaving the left side open for unobstructed access. A left-side model is also available, and both can be customised in colour and materials to match existing kitchen or dining décor.
The 230 V, 50/60 Hz power requirement connects to a standard single-phase circuit, suitable for most professional kitchens. The 1300 mm length provides space for multiple dishes, while the 700 mm depth fits within typical worktop or counter layouts. At 1400 mm tall, the unit stands at a comfortable height for serving staff to reach dishes without bending, and for diners to view and select items easily.
Cleaning involves wiping the glass surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each service, while the stainless steel frame and HPL top can be cleaned with non-abrasive cleaners. The LED lighting is sealed within the unit and does not require maintenance. The protective cover should be closed when the buffet is not in use to prevent dust settling on the glass or interior surfaces.
The buffet is categorised under professional serving equipment, designed for use in restaurants, hotels, and catering operations where food is held at temperature for extended periods.
