SAYL BUNV Buffet Display Case with Neutral Surface

A buffet display case designed to present dishes under even, attractive lighting while maintaining visibility from every angle. The unit uses integrated LED strips to illuminate each shelf, eliminating shadows and highlighting the colours and textures of the food. This lighting method draws attention without generating heat, keeping the display cool and safe for extended service periods.

The operator loads the dishes onto the two tempered glass shelves, each fitted with a double LED lighting system. The shelves rest within a stainless steel frame, providing a sturdy base that resists daily wear and supports frequent cleaning. The front and sides are enclosed in tempered glass with protective profiles, allowing guests to view the offerings while protecting the contents from accidental contact.

The high-pressure laminate (HPL) worktop, finished in a stone-effect pattern, serves as a neutral surface that blends with various kitchen and dining room decors. This surface is chosen for its resistance to scratches, stains and heat, making it practical for buffet service where dishes may be placed and removed repeatedly.

The case is constructed from stainless steel, a material selected for its durability and ease of maintenance in professional environments. The tempered glass shelves and protective profiles add to the unit's robustness, ensuring the display remains intact even with regular use.

The display case is available in a right-side configuration, with a left-side variant (BUNV-T) offered for spaces where the layout requires it. Both models can be customised in colour and materials to match specific interior designs, allowing the unit to integrate seamlessly into existing decor.

The footprint of 1300 mm wide by 700 mm deep provides ample space for a variety of dishes while fitting within standard buffet layouts. The height of 1400 mm ensures the display is at eye level for most guests, maximising visibility without requiring additional platforms or stands.

Cleaning involves wiping down the stainless steel frame and HPL surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The tempered glass shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the LED lighting system is sealed to prevent dust accumulation, reducing the need for frequent maintenance.
