This premium self-service buffet combines modern technology with thoughtful design, offering an ideal solution for food presentation in hotels and restaurants.
Temperature mode +80°C
A heated buffet surface keeps dishes at serving temperature without overcooking or drying them out. The unit circulates gentle, even heat across a flat worktop, allowing plated food to remain warm until it is taken to the guest. This method avoids the fluctuations of a bain-marie or the direct flame of a chafing dish, giving consistent results across a full service period. The operator loads the buffet by placing dishes directly onto the heated surface. A digital control panel sets the temperature to 80 °C, and the system maintains that level automatically. LED lighting beneath the upper shelf illuminates the food, making colours and textures stand out under ambient or dimmed room lighting. The buffet remains in use throughout service; when the event ends, the surface is switched off and allowed to cool before cleaning. The buffet is built on a stainless-steel frame that resists corrosion and withstands daily wiping. The worktop is high-pressure laminate with a stone-effect finish, chosen for its resistance to scratches and ease of cleaning. An internal shelf, also illuminated, provides additional display space without adding to the footprint. The 230 V single-phase supply plugs into a standard UK kitchen circuit, so no special wiring is required. The 1300 mm width gives enough linear space for multiple dishes while fitting within the typical aisle width of a professional serving area. The 875 mm height matches most worktops and pass-through counters, allowing staff to slide dishes on and off without lifting. Cleaning is limited to the parts named: the stainless-steel frame and the laminate surface are wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The LED strips beneath the glass shelf cast a soft glow directly onto the plated entrées, keeping the focus on the food while the kitchen staff plates the next course. The digital control panel is kept dry during cleaning to protect the electronics. Each unit can be customised in colour and materials to match the interior décor of the venue.
