This professional hot display case uses a water-based heating system to maintain dishes at a consistent warmth. Warm water circulates behind the food wells, distributing heat evenly and preventing dryness or burning. The gentle heat transfer helps preserve the quality, texture, and flavour of hot dishes during service.
To operate, fill the water reservoir and connect the unit to a power source. Adjust the temperature control knob to the required setting, with a maximum of 80 °C. The case accommodates four GN1/3 gastronorm containers, which slide easily into place. Double LED lighting activates automatically, providing clear visibility of the dishes from all angles. A folding glass front allows quick access for replenishing or cleaning without disrupting service.
Constructed from durable stainless steel, the unit resists corrosion and maintains high hygiene standards. Tempered glass panels protect the food from draughts and minor impacts. A drainage system at the rear collects condensation and spills, channelling them into a removable tray for straightforward disposal.
With a power rating of 720 W, the display case is energy-efficient and suitable for standard kitchen setups. Its dimensions—840 mm wide, 395 mm deep, and 245 mm high—ensure it fits neatly on most worktops or buffet counters while allowing easy viewing for customers.
Maintenance involves wiping the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth, rinsing the glass panels, and emptying the drainage tray. The water reservoir should be drained and refilled regularly to avoid scale accumulation.
