SAYL CLASSIC 2P C26 L Hot Display Case

The SAYL CLASSIC 2P C26 L is a hot display case designed for showcasing food items. This unit operates using a water heating system, which circulates warm water to maintain a consistent temperature for the food held within.

The sequence of use involves placing food in GN containers, which are then positioned within the display case. The temperature is regulated using a control knob, allowing the operator to set the desired heat level. The display case is capable of maintaining food at temperatures up to 80 °C.
