SAYL CLASSIC 2P V24N Refrigerated Display Case for GN Trays

A refrigerated display case keeps chilled food visible and ready to serve while maintaining a safe holding temperature. Static cooling circulates cold air naturally from a concealed evaporator coil beneath the storage area. The air sinks, drawing heat from the food, then rises as it warms, creating a gentle loop that distributes cold evenly without a fan. This method avoids drying the surface of unwrapped items and keeps the display quiet, making it suited to front-of-house use where presentation matters. The SAYL CLASSIC 2P V24N is built to hold four GN 1/3x40 gastronorm trays side by side. The operator loads the trays directly onto the internal shelf or the base of the unit, sets the electronic thermostat between +2 °C and +6 °C, and closes the tempered-glass cover. LED strips inside the case illuminate the food from above, casting an even light that enhances colour and texture while generating little heat. Construction is a stainless-steel frame clad in coloured panels—black, red, silver, oak or white—with a single-piece tempered-glass cover that resists impacts, scratches and cleaning chemicals. A glass shelf inside provides an additional tier for smaller items. The base houses a hermetic compressor and a Danfoss turbo-ventilated double condenser, which expel heat through the rear of the unit. A built-in drainage system collects condensate and directs it to an external outlet, allowing the interior to be wiped down quickly without removing trays. The 230 V supply connects to a standard plug, suitable for most commercial circuits. Cooling power of 180 W and total equipment power of 85 W keep the load light, while the refrigerant R600a is chosen for its low environmental impact. The footprint of 1085 mm width, 395 mm depth and 360 mm height fits neatly on a worktop or counter. The seamless interior and sloped drainage channel let you rinse away spills from GN trays without disassembly or residue traps. The glass cover lifts or slides clear, and the glass shelf can be removed. The stainless-steel interior and drainage channel are wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent; no tools are needed. The exterior panels are finished in a smooth, non-porous coating that resists fingerprints and spills. The unit is available in the five stated colours and is classified as climate class 3. It is designed for static cooling only and does not include forced-air circulation.
