SAYL CLASSIC V6N Refrigerated Display Case for GN Trays

A refrigerated display case keeps chilled food visible and ready to serve by circulating cold air across the shelves while a glass cover shields the contents from room heat. The static-cooling system draws warmth from the stored items and expels it at the rear, maintaining a steady low temperature without forced air currents that could dry the surface of uncovered dishes.

The CLASSIC V6N is built to hold six GN 1/3x40 gastronorm trays side by side. The operator slides each tray into its slot, sets the electronic thermostat between +2 °C and +6 °C, and the unit maintains that range automatically. A safety timer prevents accidental over-cooling, while hidden sensors monitor the environment and protect the electronics from tampering. LED lighting inside the cabinet highlights the food without adding heat, so colours remain true and presentation stays crisp throughout service.

The case is constructed from stainless steel with a tempered-glass cover that resists scratches, impacts and cleaning chemicals. A built-in drainage channel collects condensation and spillage, allowing quick rinsing without dismantling. The hermetic compressor and Danfoss turbo-ventilated double condenser run quietly and draw minimal power, keeping the unit within a standard 230 V single-phase circuit.

The exterior is finished in a choice of black, red, silver, oak or white, letting the case blend with different kitchen decors. Overall dimensions of 1438 mm wide, 395 mm deep and 245 mm high fit neatly on most worktops or counter fronts. Cooling power of 180 W and equipment power of 90 W reflect the load on the electrical supply, while the refrigerant R600a/32G meets current environmental standards for professional refrigeration.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass cover with a damp cloth, rinsing the drainage channel, and brushing the condenser coils at the rear to maintain airflow. The static-cooling design and sealed compressor minimise moving parts, reducing routine maintenance to occasional checks of the thermostat and sensors.
