SAYL CLASSIC V8N Refrigerated Display Case for GN Trays

A refrigerated display case keeps prepared food chilled while presenting it to customers. Static cooling circulates cold air without forced fans, ensuring even temperature and preventing food from drying out. The CLASSIC V8N is designed for GN 1/3 trays, allowing each tray to slide into its shelf effortlessly. Cold air settles evenly over the trays, maintaining a consistent safe temperature throughout the unit.

To operate the case, connect it to a 230 V supply and adjust the electronic thermostat to the required temperature between +2 °C and +6 °C. Once the set temperature is reached, load the eight GN 1/3x40 trays through the tempered-glass cover. The LED lighting activates automatically, illuminating the food without generating additional heat.

The case features a stainless-steel interior and a powder-coated exterior available in five colours: black, red, silver, oak, or white. The tempered-glass cover resists impacts, scratches, and common cleaning agents. A built-in drainage system collects condensation and spills, enabling quick and easy cleaning of the interior without disassembly. Hidden sensors monitor the door seal and temperature, alerting staff if either is compromised.

Cooling is provided by a hermetic compressor and a Danfoss turbo-ventilated double condenser, operating quietly and efficiently with R600a refrigerant. The unit's dimensions of 1788 × 395 × 245 mm make it suitable for most worktops, with a height that keeps the display at eye level for seated customers.

Cleaning involves unplugging the unit, removing the trays, and wiping the interior with a damp cloth and approved sanitiser. The drainage channel should be rinsed, and the glass cover can be lifted off for thorough cleaning. The exterior can be wiped with a mild detergent. While the static cooling system requires no filter replacements, the condenser coils should be vacuumed periodically to maintain efficiency.

The CLASSIC V8N is classified as Climate Class 3, ensuring reliable performance in standard ambient conditions. It is available in the five specified colours, with no additional variants.
