SAYL CLASSIC V8NP Refrigerated Display Case for Fresh Food

A refrigerated display case keeps prepared food visible and chilled without drying it out. Static cooling circulates cold air gently from a single evaporator coil at the back, avoiding the dehydration that forced-air systems can cause. The case maintains a steady temperature just above freezing, preserving texture and flavour while meeting food-safety regulations for ready-to-eat items.

The operator loads the stainless-steel shelf from the top, arranging plates or trays so each item is clearly visible through the curved tempered-glass cover. An electronic thermostat is set once to the desired temperature between +2 °C and +6 °C; the system then cycles the compressor and condenser fan automatically to hold that range. LED strips along the front edge illuminate the contents evenly, drawing attention without adding heat. A built-in drainage channel collects condensation and spills, directing them to a removable tray beneath the unit for hygienic disposal.

The CLASSIC V8NP is built on a powder-coated steel frame available in black, red, silver, oak or white. The interior liner is seamless stainless steel, and the glass cover resists scratches, impacts and common cleaning chemicals. Hidden sensors monitor the door seal and ambient conditions, adjusting cooling power to maintain the set temperature without overworking the compressor.

A single-phase 230 V supply powers the 180 W cooling circuit and the 95 W control and lighting system. The 1788 mm width fits most worktops or counter runs, while the 395 mm depth leaves room for service behind the unit. Climate class 3 certification confirms reliable operation.

Cleaning is carried out with the unit switched off and unplugged. The glass cover lifts away, and the stainless-steel shelf and drainage tray slide out for washing in warm soapy water. The interior liner is wiped down with a mild detergent, avoiding abrasive pads that could damage the finish. The condenser coil at the rear is vacuumed periodically to remove dust that would reduce cooling efficiency.
