This premium self-service buffet combines modern technology with thoughtful design, offering an ideal solution for food presentation in hotels and restaurants.
Temperature mode +4/ +8 °C
This refrigerated buffet counter keeps prepared dishes chilled during presentation. Cool air circulates across a static evaporator, removing heat from the food and maintaining an even temperature across the display. The method prevents the drying effect of forced air, helping to preserve the texture and moisture of salads, canapés and cold platters. Dishes can be placed directly on the refrigerated surface or on the illuminated interior shelf. A digital control panel allows the temperature to be set between +4 °C and +8 °C, with the system maintaining that level automatically. Integrated LED strips light the food from above and below, keeping colours vivid under ambient lighting. Wheels at the base enable the unit to be moved between service areas without disrupting the cooling cycle. The exterior is made from stainless steel, selected for its corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning. The worktop features high-pressure laminate with a stone-effect finish, offering a durable, non-slip surface that complements modern interiors. A ventilated condenser at the rear expels heat quietly, ensuring a comfortable environment for staff and guests. The unit operates on a 230 V single-phase connection, making installation simple in most commercial settings. The width allows multiple dishes to be displayed side by side, while the depth provides space for presentation without obstructing service aisles. The height positions the food at eye level for seated or standing guests. Cleaning involves wiping the stainless-steel surfaces with a damp cloth and approved sanitiser. The HPL worktop can be cleaned with mild detergent; abrasive pads should be avoided to protect the finish. The LED strips run cool behind shatterproof lenses, so the buffet's glass shelves stay clear and the chilled dishes remain the focus for passing guests. The static evaporator and condenser coils should be checked monthly for dust accumulation, which can be removed with a soft brush or vacuum. The BUF15 A is a right-side model; a left-side version is also available. Each module can be tailored in colour and materials to suit existing décor. Climate class 3 supports reliable performance in typical ambient conditions. The buffet is listed under refrigerated counters in the SAYL professional catering range.
