This premium self-service buffet combines modern technology with thoughtful design, offering an ideal solution for food presentation in hotels and restaurants.
Temperature mode +2/ +6 °C
A refrigerated buffet unit keeps chilled food at serving temperature without drying or spoiling. Static cooling circulates cold air gently across the surface, avoiding the dehydration that forced airflow can cause. The evaporator cools the air inside the insulated cabinet, and the natural convection of warm air rising and cold air sinking spreads the chill evenly. This method preserves texture and moisture in delicate dishes while keeping them safely below room temperature.
The SAYL BUF150F is loaded from the top: arrange platters, bowls and trays directly on the refrigerated surface. Set the desired temperature between +2 °C and +6 °C on the digital control panel. The unit maintains the chosen level automatically, compensating for ambient heat and frequent opening. LED strips under the front edge and an illuminated interior shelf cast an even glow across the food, making colours vivid and presentation clear. The ventilated condenser at the rear runs quietly, so the buffet does not disturb conversation or service.
The exterior is stainless steel, chosen for strength, corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning. The worktop is high-pressure laminate with a stone-effect finish, giving a solid, hygienic surface that resists scratches and stains. Each module can be ordered in alternative colours and materials to match the kitchen or dining-room décor. Climate class 3 certification confirms the unit operates reliably in typical professional environments.
A 230 V single-phase supply powers the compressor, digital controls and lighting. The footprint of 1300 mm by 700 mm fits standard worktop depths and allows side-by-side grouping for larger displays. The static evaporator and condenser require no moving parts inside the food zone, simplifying maintenance and reducing noise.
Cleaning follows from the materials: wipe the stainless steel and laminate surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The condenser coil at the rear should be vacuumed periodically to remove dust that would reduce cooling efficiency. LED lighting needs no replacement bulbs, and the static design means fewer areas where food debris can collect.
The BUF150F is catalogued under refrigerated buffet units and static-cooling display cabinets.
