SAYL EPV100 Exhibition Showcase for Professional Displays

An exhibition showcase keeps items visible while shielding them from dust and handling. The EPV100 uses a neutral-temperature enclosure: no heating or cooling is applied, so the cabinet simply preserves the ambient conditions of the room. This makes it suitable for non-perishable goods, baked items, confections or packaged foods that do not require refrigeration. The clear tempered-glass construction allows customers to view products from every angle without opening the unit, reducing contamination and maintaining a tidy presentation.

The showcase stands on a sturdy base and is accessed through rear sliding doors. Inside, two LED light lines run along the top, casting even illumination across the shelves. The light is cool and shadow-free, highlighting colours and textures without generating heat that could affect sensitive items. An adjustable glass shelf lets the operator tailor the display height to different product sizes, while a fixed lower shelf provides additional space.

Loading the cabinet is straightforward. The rear doors slide open on smooth tracks, giving full access to the interior. The operator places items on the shelves, adjusts the shelf height if needed, and closes the doors. The LED lighting activates automatically, creating a bright, inviting display. Customers view the products through the tempered glass, which is edged with protective profiles to guard against knocks and scratches.

The EPV100 is constructed from tempered glass panels set into a metal frame. The glass is safety-rated, resisting impacts and remaining intact if damaged. The LED lighting is integrated into the top of the cabinet, protected by a diffuser that softens the light and prevents glare. The sliding doors run on internal tracks, ensuring quiet, reliable operation.

Controls are minimal: a single switch activates the LED lighting. The neutral temperature mode requires no thermostat or temperature adjustment, simplifying use and maintenance.

The 1000 mm width, 600 mm depth and 515 mm height give the cabinet a compact footprint, fitting easily on a counter or worktop. The 900 mm by 360 mm shelf area provides ample space for a variety of items, while the overall dimensions allow the unit to be positioned against a wall or used as a freestanding display. The weight of the cabinet ensures stability without being cumbersome to move.

Cleaning is simple. The tempered glass surfaces wipe clean with a damp cloth, and the protective profiles prevent dirt from accumulating along the edges. The LED light lines are sealed, requiring no maintenance beyond occasional dusting. The sliding doors can be removed for thorough cleaning if needed, and the glass shelves lift out for washing.

The EPV100 is a single model with no variants. It is designed for exhibition and display purposes, not for refrigeration or heating.
