SAYL Hot Display Case CLASSIC 1P SH4 L for Warm Food Service

A hot display case keeps cooked food warm and visible while it waits to be served. The CLASSIC 1P SH4 L uses a water jacket that surrounds the food compartment. Water is heated by an element and circulates through channels, transferring heat evenly to every shelf. This method prevents hot spots and retains moisture in the food, ensuring dishes stay moist and appetising for extended periods.

The operator loads the shelves with plated food or bulk containers, closes the folding glass front, and adjusts the temperature control knob. The water heating system maintains the chosen temperature up to +70 °C without drying or scorching. Double LED strips along the top cast bright, low-energy light across the food, allowing customers to view the options clearly.

The case is constructed from stainless steel for the body and tempered glass for the panels. Stainless steel resists corrosion and is easy to sanitise, while tempered glass withstands knocks and temperature changes. A drainage system at the base collects condensation and spills, directing them to a single outlet for quick cleaning.

The unit has a power rating suitable for most professional kitchens. Its dimensions of 840 mm wide by 395 mm deep fit on a counter or buffet line, with a height of 245 mm displaying food at eye level.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth, rinsing the glass panels, and flushing the drainage system to remove residue. The LED strips require no maintenance beyond occasional dusting.
