SAYL Hot Display Case for GN Containers – Self-Service CSS6 L

This heated display case is designed to keep hot dishes at a consistent serving temperature. Warm air circulates evenly around gastronorm containers, preserving food quality without drying or overcooking. The glass front and LED lighting allow clear visibility of the dishes while maintaining heat and hygiene inside the cabinet.

The CSS6 L model accommodates six GN1/3 containers. Once the thermostat is set to +80 °C and the unit is switched on, the display remains illuminated, keeping food warm until served. The hinged glass front provides easy access for restocking or cleaning, while the flat stainless-steel top can be used for utensils or small accessories.

Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the case resists corrosion and is simple to clean. Tempered glass panels ensure safety for both food and operators, and adjustable legs allow for stable placement on uneven surfaces. A 1040 W element powers the unit, which is ready for immediate use after connection.

With dimensions of 1190 mm in width, the case fits standard worktops or counters. The 395 mm depth ensures space for customer movement, while the 245 mm height positions food at eye level for easy selection.

Maintenance involves wiping stainless-steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. GN containers can be removed and washed separately. The LED lighting remains cool, reducing grease build-up and cleaning frequency. The hinged glass front can be detached for thorough cleaning when necessary.
