The SHARK 1P SHK6 L is a heated display case designed to maintain dishes at serving temperature. Warm air circulates evenly inside the cabinet, ensuring food stays fresh and ready to serve. The glass front and LED lighting provide clear visibility while retaining heat, minimising energy loss.

Simply connect the unit to a power supply to begin use. The heating system brings the interior to +70 °C without pre-heating. Plated dishes or trays can be placed directly on the stainless steel shelf. The hinged tempered-glass door allows easy access for loading or restocking, maintaining a steady temperature once closed. The top surface offers space for additional plates, utensils, or small equipment.

Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the unit resists corrosion and staining in demanding kitchen environments. Tempered glass panels ensure durability and thermal stability. Four adjustable legs provide stability on uneven floors and protect against spills.

A single control adjusts the internal temperature to +70 °C. High-output LED strips along the top edge deliver bright, even illumination without generating excess heat. The unit has a power rating of 1040 W.

With dimensions of 1190 mm wide, 395 mm deep, and 360 mm high, the case fits neatly along counters or against walls. Its height allows easy access to the top shelf. Due to its weight, moving the unit requires a trolley or two people.

Cleaning is straightforward: wipe the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, avoiding abrasives. The tempered glass can be cleaned with standard glass cleaner. The sealed LED strips need only occasional dusting. The hinged door can be removed for thorough cleaning if necessary.
