A refrigerated display case that maintains precise humidity levels helps preserve the freshness of baked goods, pastries, and confections. The system ensures even air circulation while adding moisture to the airflow, countering the drying effects of refrigeration. This dual control prevents surface dehydration and preserves texture without condensation on the glass or packaging.

The case features a front glass panel that slides open for loading. Inside, two adjustable shelves and a base deck allow flexible product arrangement. A touch thermostat on the front frame sets the temperature between +2 °C and +6 °C and displays the current humidity level, adjustable between 40% and 80%. Once set, the unit runs continuously, circulating air through a concealed evaporator coil and reintroducing moisture via a front-access reservoir.

Constructed with a stainless-steel frame and tempered camera glass, the case has a seamless design with no visible screws. Four swivel castors with brakes secure the unit in place. The interior glass shelves rest on adjustable brackets, allowing customisation of shelf spacing or removal for taller items.

Powered by a 230 V single-phase supply, the unit draws 495 W of cooling power. It uses R600a refrigerant, a hydrocarbon with low global-warming potential. The compact 600 mm square footprint fits against worktops or counters, while the 1400 mm height positions the top shelf at eye level for most customers. Climate class 3 certification confirms suitability for standard ambient conditions.

Cleaning is straightforward due to the absence of external fasteners. Glass panels lift off after removing shelves, exposing smooth surfaces for easy wiping. The humidity reservoir slides out for emptying and rinsing, and the castors can be cleaned without moving the case.
