A refrigerated display case holds chilled food at a steady low temperature while keeping every item visible from the front. The unit draws warm air over an evaporator coil, removing heat and moisture before recirculating cool, dry air across the shelves. This closed loop maintains the set temperature range without frost build-up, so products stay fresh and the glass remains clear for uninterrupted viewing.

The operator loads chilled goods onto the adjustable glass shelves, sets the desired temperature on the touch-screen thermostat, and starts the cooling cycle. Double LED strips above each shelf level illuminate the contents evenly, while the rear glass panel allows quick restocking from the back without disturbing the display. A remote-monitoring connection lets the kitchen team track the temperature without opening the case, preserving the cold chain.

The showcase is built as a screw-free aluminium frame clad in double-glazed panels. Two tempered glass shelves slide on internal rails, and the entire interior is lined with food-safe plastic trims that are easy to wipe down. The touch-screen thermostat controls the cooling cycle and displays the current temperature.

The 1000 mm width and 600 mm depth create a compact footprint that fits alongside hot and neutral units from the Integra range, maintaining a continuous counter line. The 650 mm height allows the case to sit on a standard worktop or under low cupboard clearances, while the 515 mm glass display height ensures tall items remain visible. The +2/+6 °C temperature range keeps ready-to-eat foods safely chilled without freezing.

Cleaning involves removing the glass shelves, wiping the interior surfaces with a damp cloth, and drying the LED strips to prevent dust accumulation. The screw-free construction eliminates crevices where dirt can collect, and the rear access panel simplifies maintenance of the cooling system.
