A refrigerated display case that relies on an external refrigeration unit to maintain a steady chill between 2 and 6 °C, keeping perishable goods visible and safe without the noise or heat of an on-board compressor. The remote system draws heat away from the case and expels it elsewhere, freeing up space inside the unit and reducing ambient kitchen temperatures.

The showcase is built into the worktop or counter, presenting products at eye level through a full-height glass front. Shelves are made of tempered glass and can be repositioned to suit different product heights, while dual LED strips on each shelf level cast an even light that eliminates shadows and highlights colours and textures. A rear glass panel opens for quick restocking and cleaning, and the entire assembly is held together without visible screws, giving a clean, uncluttered look.

Operation begins by connecting the case to the external refrigeration unit and powering on the touch thermostat. The desired temperature is set between 2 and 6 °C, and the system maintains that range automatically. Products are loaded from the rear, arranged on the adjustable shelves, and left to chill. The glass front and LED lighting keep items visible to customers while the remote refrigeration cycle runs quietly in the background.

The case is constructed from double-glazed panels that provide thermal insulation and resist condensation. The external dimensions of 1200 mm wide, 600 mm deep and 400 mm high allow it to fit into standard worktop cut-outs, and the 265 mm internal display height ensures products remain visible from across the room. The touch thermostat can be monitored and adjusted remotely when paired with a compatible external cooling system.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass surfaces with a mild detergent, removing the shelves for thorough cleaning, and ensuring the rear access panel is clear of debris. The screwless design simplifies disassembly and reassembly, reducing downtime.
