SAYL INTEGRO 80/140 Ventilated Cold Showcase

A ventilated cold showcase keeps chilled goods visible while circulating cold air evenly around every shelf. The refrigeration system removes heat from the cabinet and expels it through a ventilated condenser, maintaining a steady temperature that preserves food safety and freshness. Continuous air movement prevents warm spots, and the glass front remains clear, allowing customers to view products without opening the door.

The INTEGRO 80/140 is a floor-standing display cabinet with a 600 mm square footprint and an overall height of 1400 mm. The glass display zone reaches 815 mm, providing ample vertical space for taller items. Sliding rear doors allow easy restocking and can be removed for thorough cleaning. Inside, LED lighting spans the length of the cabinet, casting an even glow that highlights products without shadows or added heat.

To operate the showcase, the user sets the desired temperature on the electronic thermostat. The system starts automatically, extracting heat from the cabinet and releasing it through the ventilated condenser. Once the set temperature is reached, the compressor cycles quietly to maintain a range of +2 °C to +6 °C. The digital display shows the current temperature continuously, allowing staff to monitor it without opening the door. Adjustable legs ensure the unit sits level on any floor or worktop, and the feet can be raised or lowered to align with adjacent counters.

The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel and tempered glass, materials that resist corrosion and clean easily. The fibre-glass cover over the refrigeration components withstands impacts and remains unaffected by acids or cleaning agents, ensuring durability through daily use. A Danfoss compressor and dual turbo condenser work together to provide stable cooling, even during frequent door openings.

Controls include an electronic thermostat with a continuous digital readout. The thermostat sets the target temperature, and the system maintains it automatically. Hidden sensors monitor the cabinet and adjust the compressor as needed, eliminating the need for manual intervention once the temperature is set.

A cooling power of 500 W indicates the load on the electrical supply. The 230 V-50 Hz voltage matches a standard single-phase circuit, allowing the showcase to be plugged in without special wiring. The climate class 3 rating confirms suitability for professional kitchens. The refrigerant R600a, used in a 58 g charge, has a low environmental impact.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel and glass surfaces with a mild detergent. The sliding rear doors can be removed for deeper cleaning, and the fibre-glass cover over the refrigeration components can be wiped down with standard kitchen cleaners. The LED lighting does not generate heat, reducing dust accumulation and cleaning frequency.
