A hot food showcase keeps prepared dishes at serving temperature without drying or overcooking. The SAYL INTEGRO 80/140C uses a concealed heating element and quiet fan to circulate warm air evenly around the cabinet. This method prevents cold spots and maintains a consistent warmth that preserves moisture and texture, so plated meals stay ready for service throughout the day.
To use the showcase, slide open the rear doors and load the shelves with plated dishes or bulk containers. Set the digital thermostat to the desired temperature up to +70 °C; the unit reaches and holds that level automatically. Internal LED lighting switches on to highlight the food, while the glass front allows customers to view the selection without opening the cabinet. When stock needs replenishing, the sliding doors open smoothly for quick access, then close to restore the warm environment.
The cabinet is built from stainless steel and tempered glass, materials chosen for resistance to heat, moisture and cleaning chemicals. A fibre-glass cover protects the top surface from impacts and spills, while adjustable legs let the unit sit level on any floor or worktop. The rear doors are removable for thorough cleaning, helping maintain hygiene standards in a busy kitchen.
A 530 W heating element draws power from a standard 230 V single-phase circuit, suitable for most commercial kitchens. The 600 mm width and depth fit within a compact footprint, while the 1400 mm height provides ample vertical display space with a glass zone reaching 815 mm from the base. The +70 °C maximum temperature keeps hot-holding processes within food-safety guidelines.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then rinsing. The glass front and LED lights can be cleaned with glass cleaner, and the fibre-glass top resists staining from fats and oils. Removing the rear doors gives full access to the interior for periodic deep cleaning.
The INTEGRO 80/140C is a single model without variants, designed for front-of-house display in cafés, buffets and catering operations.
