SAYL KUBE Hot Display Case SKU4 L

The SAYL KUBE SKU4 L is a hot display case designed for showcasing food items. This unit provides three distinct exhibition levels to present a variety of products.

The operating principle of a hot display case involves maintaining a consistent elevated temperature to keep food warm and ready for service. Heat is distributed evenly throughout the interior, ensuring all items on display are kept at the desired temperature. The SAYL KUBE achieves this using a 0.72 kW power supply, capable of reaching a maximum temperature of 70 °C.

Operation involves placing food items onto the exhibition levels. The top shelf is designed with protection against impacts, while the middle shelf is constructed from tempered glass for durability. All shelves are double-glazed, contributing to temperature stability. Each display level is fitted with double LED lighting to enhance product visibility.

The construction of the SAYL KUBE SKU4 L is primarily stainless steel, providing a sturdy and hygienic framework. The built-in trays incorporate a drainage system and feature rounded corners, aiding in both functionality and cleaning.

Dimensions of the unit are 840 mm in length, 395 mm in width, and 360 mm in height. The power rating of 0.72 kW indicates the electrical load the appliance will place on the supply. The maximum temperature of 70 °C specifies the upper limit for warming food.

Cleaning and upkeep are facilitated by the rounded corners and drainage system on the trays. The stainless steel structure is also easy to wipe down.

This display case is listed in the catalogue under the LOGIC category, suitable for designer showcases in interiors.
