This refrigerated display cabinet uses static cooling to keep food chilled and visible without fans. Cold air circulates naturally, preventing drying and reducing energy use. The separate refrigeration unit connects via a two-metre line, keeping noise and heat away from the serving area while maintaining a compact footprint on the worktop.

Three glass shelves provide space for gastronorm trays or loose items. The top shelf includes a clear guard, while the middle shelf is made of tempered glass for added strength. All shelves are double-glazed to prevent condensation and maintain rigidity. Each shelf is illuminated to ensure food remains visible under shop lighting.

The cabinet holds up to six GN1/3 trays. After switching on, the temperature is checked on the control panel. Once stable, food is arranged for display. Lighting brightness may be adjustable if the control panel includes this feature. At the end of service, trays are removed, and the cabinet can be switched off or left running for continuous cooling.

The construction features stainless steel with rounded corners and built-in drainage channels. Shelves are double-glazed glass, with the top shelf protected by an impact-resistant guard. The refrigeration unit connects via a two-metre flexible line, allowing flexible installation.

The control panel allows temperature settings between +2 °C and +6 °C. If lighting controls are present, they adjust the brightness of the internal lights.

With a capacity of six GN1/3 gastronorm trays, the cabinet accommodates small batches of desserts, salads, or cold platters. The 180 W cooling power operates on a 230 V circuit, suitable for sharing with other low-power appliances. The 1175 mm width fits standard worktop depths, leaving space for a till or service area. The 360 mm height ensures food is at eye level for customers while remaining accessible to staff.

Cleaning is straightforward, with stainless steel surfaces and glass shelves designed for easy maintenance. Rounded corners and drainage channels prevent water pooling, speeding up the process. The refrigeration unit requires separate cleaning as per the manufacturer's guidelines.

The model includes a refrigeration unit and a two-metre connection line. It uses R600a refrigerant, a low-impact hydrocarbon. The cabinet is classified as Climate Class 3, suitable for ambient conditions typical of professional catering environments.
