This hot display case keeps prepared dishes warm and visually appealing for customers. Warm air circulates across three shelves, holding food at a consistent +70 °C. The system avoids uneven heating and prevents dishes from drying out, ensuring they remain fresh and attractive for extended periods.

The unit offers three display levels for plated meals or bulk containers. The upper shelf includes protection against knocks, while the middle shelf uses tempered glass to improve visibility. All shelves feature double glazing for added durability. Once stocked, the case activates; warm air rises and moves naturally. LED lights on each level illuminate the contents evenly, making colours and textures stand out. A single control panel allows the operator to monitor the temperature.

The entire structure is built from stainless steel, selected for its durability and resistance to daily wear. Interior trays have rounded edges and a drainage system to prevent spills from pooling. Shelves slide out easily for cleaning, and glass panels can be removed without tools.

A single control adjusts the temperature to +70 °C. LED fixtures on each shelf deliver bright, energy-efficient lighting designed to last for years.

The case has a power rating of 1040 W and fits into a compact footprint of 1190 × 395 mm. Its height of 360 mm ensures customers can view food comfortably. The +70 °C setting meets legal and safety standards for hot-holding high-risk foods.

Cleaning is straightforward: stainless-steel surfaces wipe clean with sanitiser, glass shelves lift out for washing, and the drainage tray empties and rinses after each use. LED lights require only occasional dusting.
