SAYL KUBE VCKB4P Refrigerated Display Case for Fresh Food

A refrigerated display case keeps chilled food visible and ready to serve without opening a door. Static cooling circulates cold air naturally from an evaporator at the base; the air rises, chills the products on each shelf, then sinks to be cooled again. This method uses no fan, so it is quieter and dries the food less than forced-air systems. The refrigerant R600a absorbs heat as it evaporates inside the sealed circuit, then releases it outside the cabinet through a condenser coil. Because the coil stays hidden, the case fits flush against walls or counters without losing cooling performance.

The KUBE VCKB4P is organised in three tiers. The top is a flat work surface for trays or small dishes. Below it, a neutral glass shelf holds products at eye level. The lowest shelf sits inside the refrigerated compartment, keeping items at the set temperature. Each shelf is lit by LED strips mounted behind an aluminium heatsink and a removable polycarbonate shield, so the light stays cool and even across the display.

To use the case, plug it into a 230 V single-phase supply. Set the desired temperature between +2 °C and +6 °C on the control panel. Load the shelves with pre-chilled food, ensuring air can circulate around each item. The static cooling will maintain the temperature without further adjustment. When the display is full, the flat top can hold additional trays or serving utensils.

The exterior and interior are stainless steel, chosen for durability and ease of cleaning. The glass shelf and polycarbonate light shields remove for washing. The refrigerant circuit is sealed, so no routine maintenance is required beyond wiping surfaces and checking that the condenser coil at the rear remains unobstructed.

The 970 mm width fits standard worktops and counters, while the 395 mm depth leaves room for service behind. The 360 mm height allows the case to sit under most wall cupboards. A total equipment power of 85 W and cooling power of 180 W draw a modest load on the kitchen circuit. The temperature range of +2 °C to +6 °C is suited to dairy, deli meats, salads and desserts that must stay chilled but not frozen.

Climate class 3 means the case is tested for typical kitchen conditions. The refrigerant charge is low, reducing environmental impact while maintaining cooling efficiency.
