This modern display case combines refined design, functionality, and technological precision, ensuring that your treats always look as good as they taste.
Temperature range up to +80 ºC.
A hot display case keeps prepared dishes at serving temperature while presenting them under glass for customers to view. The water-based heating system circulates warm water around the pans, distributing heat evenly and preventing hot spots that can dry or overcook food. This method also maintains humidity, so sauces stay glossy and meats remain juicy for hours without reheating.
The operator loads four GN 1/3 pans into the stainless-steel wells, fills the water reservoir to the marked level, and switches the unit on. A temperature dial sets the target up to +80 °C; the internal sensor holds the heat steady while LED strips illuminate the pans from above. The tempered glass front and sides give a clear view of the dishes, drawing attention without exposing them to airborne contaminants or temperature fluctuations from room air.
The case is built from AISI 304 stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and staining in a kitchen environment. The glass is tempered for impact resistance and thermal stability. Inside, the removable stainless-steel liner lifts out for cleaning, and a built-in drainage tap empties the water system without spills.
A power rating of 720 W indicates the load on the electrical circuit; the unit plugs into a standard 230 V single-phase supply found in most professional kitchens. The footprint of 840 mm wide by 395 mm deep fits on a worktop or counter, while the 225 mm height allows eye-level presentation without blocking sightlines. The maximum temperature of +80 °C is suitable for holding cooked dishes, soups and sauces at safe serving temperatures for extended service periods.
Cleaning involves draining the water system, removing the liner, and wiping down the stainless-steel surfaces with a mild detergent. The tempered glass can be cleaned with a non-abrasive cloth to maintain visibility. No disassembly beyond the removable liner is required for routine upkeep.
The LOGIC CLO4BL is supplied with four GN 1/3 pans included, ready for immediate use.
