SAYL LOGIC CLO6BL Hot Display Case for GN Pans

This hot display case maintains dishes at serving temperature while showcasing them through a clear glass front. It uses a water-based heating system to distribute warmth evenly beneath the pans, avoiding dry heat that can spoil texture or appearance. A thermostat keeps the temperature steady, allowing staff to add fresh items without resetting controls each time.

The unit holds four GN 1/3 pans in stainless-steel wells. After filling the water reservoir and setting the thermostat, the case reaches the required temperature. LED lights activate automatically, highlighting the dishes from above. The tempered glass front and top let customers view the selection without opening the case, preserving heat and hygiene. A drainage tap removes condensate and cleaning water without removing the interior.

Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the exterior and interior resist corrosion and simplify cleaning. The tempered glass panels attach smoothly to the frame, eliminating gaps where debris could collect. The interior liner lifts out for deep cleaning, and the drainage system directs residue to the waste outlet.

A single rotary control on the front panel adjusts the holding temperature. The LED lighting turns on when the unit is powered and the temperature stabilises.

With a 1040 W power rating, the case operates on a standard 230 V circuit. Its 1190 mm width suits most worktops, while the 225 mm height positions the display at seated eye level.

Daily cleaning is straightforward: remove the interior liner, wipe the glass, and flush the water system with sanitiser. Leaving the drainage tap open overnight ensures the interior dries completely.
