Instead of an integrated cooling unit, the case connects to a central or separate refrigeration solution, allowing the temperature to be maintained between 0 and +4 °C. The case holds six GN 1/3 gastronorm trays, providing a compact yet efficient layout for sushi, desserts or other chilled items.
