Designed for sushi and delicate chilled foods, this refrigerated display case maintains a consistent temperature between 0 and +4 °C without the noise or heat of an integrated compressor. The remote cooling unit operates separately, circulating R600a refrigerant through a sealed system to eliminate waste heat in customer areas. Static cooling gently circulates cold air, preventing dehydration and preserving the texture and flavour of raw fish, rice, and garnishes.

Loading the case involves sliding open the tempered-glass front panel, arranging platters on the stainless-steel shelf, and closing the panel. Double-glazed front and sides ensure thermal efficiency while providing an unobstructed view. Internal high-power LED lighting enhances the appearance of displayed items, making colours and details more vibrant.

Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the unit resists corrosion and simplifies cleaning with sanitising solutions. The 1540 mm width fits standard worktops, while the 380 mm depth allows space for service access behind. A 230 V supply powers the remote unit and lighting, with a cooling power of 180 W and equipment power of 95 W.

Maintenance is minimal: glass panels can be removed for washing, the stainless-steel interior wipes clean easily, and the remote unit requires an annual inspection of the refrigerant and condenser coil.

This model is rated for Climate Class 3, ensuring reliable performance in ambient conditions typical of busy food service environments.
