This modern display case combines elegant design, functionality, and technological precision to make your treats look just as delicious as they taste.
Temperature range: +80 ºC
GN containers are included.
A hot display case keeps ready-to-serve dishes at a steady temperature while presenting them to customers through clear glass. Heating elements beneath each shelf warm the air inside the cabinet; the warm air rises, creating a gentle circulation that maintains an even heat across every level. Because the heat is radiant and convective rather than direct, the food stays moist and does not dry out or overcook during service.
The operator loads up to six GN1/3 gastronorm containers onto the three adjustable shelves. Each shelf can be raised or lowered independently, so taller dishes or stacked containers fit without crowding. Once the containers are in place, the unit is switched on and the electronic thermostat set to +80 °C. LED strips above and at each level illuminate the food evenly, making colours vibrant and textures clear. The digital display shows the current temperature, and hidden sensors prevent accidental changes to the setting. The case reaches serving temperature quickly and holds it without fluctuation, so dishes remain ready for plating throughout the service period.
The outer shell is stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion, heat and cleaning chemicals. The front and sides are tempered glass panels that withstand impacts, scratches and high temperatures. A protective glass profile runs along the edges to prevent chipping. Four adjustable legs allow the unit to sit level on any worktop without permanent installation.
Controls consist of an electronic thermostat with a digital read-out and a locking mechanism. The thermostat sets and maintains the internal temperature; the lock prevents unauthorised adjustments during service.
The 1020 W power rating means the unit draws a modest load on a standard 230 V single-phase circuit, suitable for most professional kitchens. The footprint of 1190 × 395 mm fits neatly on a counter or buffet line, while the 465 mm height keeps the display at eye level for customers. The weight of the unit ensures stability without needing wall mounting.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless-steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, and cleaning the glass panels with a non-abrasive glass cleaner. The adjustable shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the heating elements are enclosed to prevent food debris from reaching them.
The case is designed for GN1/3 containers with a depth of 40 mm, matching the standard gastronorm sizes used across professional kitchens.
This model is a countertop unit intended for front-of-house display in cafés, self-service areas and professional kitchens where hot food is presented directly to customers.
