SAYL LOGIC TRIPLE Refrigerated Display Cabinet VTLG28P-2

A refrigerated display cabinet preserves chilled food and drink in clear view while maintaining a consistent, safe temperature. Static cooling removes heat from the interior via a coil, using natural air flow rather than a fan. This approach reduces energy use and avoids draughts that might dry out delicate items such as pastries or cream cakes. The climate class 3 rating shows the cabinet is designed for typical indoor temperatures, fitting most kitchens and front-of-house spaces without additional cooling.

Products are loaded through the full-height front glazing, allowing easy arrangement for customer visibility. Once connected to a standard 230 V supply, the electronic thermostat keeps the temperature between +2 and +6 °C. LED lights activate automatically, providing bright, uniform illumination without adding heat. Adjustable legs ensure the unit sits level on uneven floors, while the motor on the right side circulates air gently to prevent uneven temperatures.

The cabinet is built from AISI 304 stainless steel with a flat tempered-glass top and full front glazing. A protective glass profile guards against knocks, and smooth surfaces with rounded corners simplify cleaning. A built-in drainage channel collects condensation, directing it to a removable tray beneath the motor for easy maintenance. The design allows the cabinet to integrate seamlessly with a worktop or counter, concealing the motor and pipework for a tidy appearance.

The SAYL-Blue electronic thermostat controls the temperature within the +2 to +6 °C range. Its display shows the current temperature, enabling monitoring without opening the cabinet.

The refrigeration circuit operates at 180 W, while the LED lighting and motor draw 95 W. A 230 V single-phase supply is standard in British commercial kitchens, so the cabinet connects directly to a dedicated socket. The 1680 mm width accommodates three full-length shelves, all visible from the front and sides due to the full glazing.

Cleaning involves wiping stainless-steel and glass surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then drying to avoid water marks. The drainage tray beneath the motor should be emptied and rinsed weekly to prevent odours. The refrigerant, R600a, is a low-impact hydrocarbon with a 37 g charge sealed inside, requiring no regular maintenance.

The cabinet arrives as a single unit with adjustable legs, drainage tray, and pre-installed LED lighting. No additional variants or accessories are specified for this model.
