This eight-slot countertop cabinet holds GN1/3 trays at serving height, letting customers see pastries and desserts without opening doors or breaking the cold chain. Static cooling draws heat from the cabinet interior through a refrigeration coil mounted at the back or side. The cooled air settles naturally, creating a gentle, even chill without forced fans. This method avoids drying out delicate items such as pastries, cold desserts or plated salads, preserving texture and appearance for hours on the countertop. The SAYL LOGIC VTLG8 is built to hold eight gastronorm GN1/3 containers 40 mm deep. Place the filled containers directly on the flat tempered-glass shelf; the full-height front glazing lets customers see every item from any angle. Adjustable legs level the unit on uneven floors, and the left-side motor version (front view) keeps the compressor compartment neatly out of sight. To use the cabinet, plug it into a standard 230 V supply. The electronic thermostat, branded SAYL-Blue, maintains the temperature between +2 °C and +6 °C, suitable for chilled ready-to-eat foods. LED lighting inside the cabinet illuminates the contents in bright, colour-accurate light, drawing attention without adding heat. A built-in drainage system collects condensation, directing it to an external outlet for easy disposal. The entire structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, chosen for durability and hygiene. The 180 W cooling power and 95 W total equipment power draw reflect the load on the electrical circuit, keeping energy use low while maintaining consistent temperatures in climate class 3 environments. The cabinet's 1680 mm width provides ample space for eight GN1/3 containers, while the 380 mm depth fits neatly against a wall or under a countertop overhang. At 225 mm high, the unit sits at a comfortable viewing height without obstructing service flow. The refrigerant R600a is used in a 35 g charge, complying with current environmental standards. The seamless AISI 304 steel and rounded corners let you run a microfibre cloth across every surface in one pass, cutting scrubbing time between breakfast and lunch service. The glass shelf and front glazing can be cleaned with glass cleaner, avoiding abrasive pads that might scratch. The drainage outlet should be checked weekly to ensure it remains clear, preventing water build-up inside the cabinet. A variant with the motor on the right side (front view) is also available, allowing flexibility in kitchen layout.
