SAYL LOGIC VTLG8GR Refrigerated Display Cabinet with Built-in Cooling

A refrigerated display cabinet keeps chilled goods visible while maintaining a steady low temperature. The built-in refrigeration unit circulates cool air through the cabinet without needing an external condenser. Static cooling relies on natural convection: cold air sinks to the bottom, drawing warmer air upwards where it is cooled again. This method avoids moving parts that could fail, and the even air flow prevents hot or cold spots inside the cabinet.

The operator loads the cabinet by sliding GN1/3 gastronorm trays onto the internal runners. Once the trays are in place, the unit is switched on and the thermostat set to the desired temperature between +2 °C and +6 °C. The cooling cycle starts automatically, and the LED lighting illuminates the contents. The full-front glazing allows customers to view the products from any angle without opening the cabinet, so the internal temperature remains stable. When stock needs replenishing, the trays are removed, refilled and returned to the cabinet.

The cabinet is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel with a flat tempered-glass top and full-height glazed front. A glass protective profile runs along the edges to prevent chipping. Four adjustable legs allow the unit to sit level on uneven floors.

Controls consist of a thermostat that sets the temperature within the +2 °C to +6 °C range. The built-in refrigeration unit runs on 230 V mains power, drawing 180 W for cooling and 95 W for the cabinet itself. The 1540 mm width provides space for eight GN1/3 trays, each 40 mm deep, giving a total display area that suits patisseries and delicatessens. The static cooling system is classified Climate Class 3. The refrigerant is R600a, a hydrocarbon with low environmental impact.

Cleaning is simplified by smooth stainless-steel surfaces and a design that avoids crevices. The glass top and front can be wiped down with standard sanitising solutions, and the internal runners are removable for thorough cleaning. LED lighting is energy-efficient and does not generate heat that would affect the cooling performance.
