A refrigerated display case maintains prepared food at safe temperatures while showcasing it to customers. Static cooling relies on natural air circulation, eliminating fan noise and vibration to keep temperatures steady just above freezing. This approach helps preserve the texture and moisture of delicate items like pastries, salads, and desserts without causing dryness or surface ice crystals.

The LOMA PIE LM10 features front-loading sliding glass doors. Three GN 1/1 trays, each 65 mm deep, rest on a central glass shelf, enabling two-tier product organisation. An electronic thermostat allows precise temperature control within the 0 to 4 °C range, with an internal display confirming the set climate. LED lighting positioned above the shelves ensures even illumination, highlighting colours and textures without generating excess heat.

The unit is constructed entirely from stainless steel, both inside and out, for corrosion resistance and straightforward cleaning. A static evaporator coil along the back wall cools the air, which settles over the trays. The refrigerant used is R600a, a hydrocarbon with a low environmental impact. Wheels with brakes enable easy repositioning for maintenance or cleaning, then secure the unit in place during operation.

Cooling power is rated at 340 W, while the equipment power for lighting and controls is 180 W. The case measures 1300 mm in width, 882 mm in depth, and 500 mm in height, fitting standard worktop configurations or standing alone as a counter.

Maintenance includes wiping stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and approved sanitiser, removing the glass shelf and trays for separate washing, and vacuuming the evaporator coil to sustain airflow. Sliding doors should be cleaned daily to maintain clarity and smooth operation. Static cooling eliminates the need for a defrost cycle, allowing continuous use.

The LOMA PIE LM10 includes three GN 1/1 trays, each 65 mm deep. It is rated as climate class 3, suitable for typical ambient conditions in professional kitchens.

This model serves as a compact, static-cooled display case for presenting chilled foods in cafés, bakeries, and delicatessens.
