SAYL Neutral Curved Exhibition Showcase E24

A neutral-temperature curved showcase designed for front-of-house display, the SAYL E24 keeps products visible without refrigeration or heating. The curved front panel and full-height glass sides create a panoramic view, drawing attention from passing customers while the rear sliding door allows staff to restock or retrieve items without reaching across the counter.

The showcase relies on ambient air circulation rather than forced cooling or heating. This neutral environment is suited to baked goods, confectionery, packaged items and non-perishable displays where temperature control is not required. The absence of a compressor or heating element reduces both energy use and maintenance, while the sealed glass construction prevents draughts and dust from reaching the products.

To use the showcase, staff slide the rear door open, place items on the glass shelf or the base, then close the door. The tempered glass and protective aluminium profiles guard against knocks and scratches during daily service. When fitted, the optional LED lighting illuminates the interior evenly, enhancing colour and texture without generating heat that could affect sensitive items.

Construction is a tempered-glass cabinet with aluminium protective profiles and a rear sliding door. An additional glass shelf is included, providing a second display level without obstructing sightlines. The 840 mm width fits neatly on most worktops or worktops, while the 290 mm height allows eye-level visibility for seated and standing customers.

Controls are limited to the optional LED lighting switch, which powers the internal illumination on or off. No thermostat or fan setting is required, simplifying operation and reducing the risk of operator error.

The 840 mm width dictates the maximum number of items that can be displayed side by side, while the 380 mm depth allows two rows of products without crowding. The 290 mm height ensures the showcase remains below standard overhead cupboards and extractor canopies. The neutral temperature specification confirms the unit is not intended for chilled or heated storage, making it suitable for ambient displays only.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, taking care not to scratch the protective profiles. The glass shelf can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the rear door slides smoothly for access to the interior. No defrosting or condenser maintenance is required.

An LED lighting variant is available, adding internal illumination for enhanced product presentation. The rear sliding door is standard on all E24 models.
