A neutral display case maintains prepared food at room temperature while showcasing it through clear, safe glass. The case acts as a protective barrier, shielding dishes from airborne contaminants and physical contact while allowing customers or staff to view and select items without opening a door or lifting a lid. The operator lifts the hinged glass front to load the case, places dishes on the flat interior shelf, then closes the glass to seal the display. Adjustable legs level the unit on the worktop, and the power lead is connected to a standard socket. LED lighting inside the case activates automatically, providing bright, even illumination across every dish without generating heat that could affect the food. The top surface of the case also serves as additional workspace for trays, labels, or small equipment.

Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the unit resists corrosion and staining in busy kitchen environments. Tempered glass panels form the front and sides, ensuring safety and durability; if broken, the glass crumbles into small, blunt pieces rather than sharp shards. Cleaning involves wiping the stainless-steel interior and exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then drying to prevent water marks. The tempered glass is cleaned with glass cleaner, avoiding abrasive pads that could scratch the surface.
