An exhibition showcase keeps prepared food, pastries or plated dishes at room temperature while presenting them to customers. Instead of refrigeration or heating, the cabinet relies on ambient air circulation to maintain a neutral climate, preventing condensation and preserving the appearance of items that do not require chilling or warming. The design prioritises visibility, allowing customers to view products from all angles without opening the cabinet, which would disrupt the temperature balance and risk contamination.

The operator loads the showcase from the rear, sliding the doors open to arrange plates, trays or individual items on the internal shelves. The tempered glass front and sides ensure the display remains unobstructed, while protective profiles guard against knocks and scratches that could compromise clarity. Once loaded, the doors close to seal the cabinet, maintaining a stable environment that keeps food safe for short-term display without altering its texture or moisture.

Construction combines a sturdy frame with tempered glass panels, offering durability and safety in a busy kitchen or retail setting. The neutral temperature specification means the cabinet does not require a power connection for heating or cooling, simplifying installation and reducing energy use. When the optional LED lighting is fitted, it illuminates the interior evenly, enhancing the visual appeal of displayed items without generating heat that could affect the contents.

The 1200 mm width provides ample space for multiple dishes or larger platters, while the 330 mm depth allows for tiered arrangements without crowding. The 215 mm height keeps the display at eye level for most customers, ensuring items are immediately visible. The rear sliding doors save space compared to hinged alternatives, making the cabinet suitable for tight layouts where clearance is limited.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass panels with a non-abrasive cloth and mild detergent, avoiding harsh chemicals that could damage the protective coating. The interior shelves and frame can be removed for thorough cleaning, preventing dust or residue from accumulating in hard-to-reach areas. The optional LED lighting, if installed, requires occasional dusting to maintain brightness.

A variant with LED lighting is available, adding illumination to the standard neutral-temperature model without altering the core functionality or dimensions.
