SAYL NEUTRAL EP20S Exhibition Showcase for Professional Display

The NEUTRAL EP20S from SAYL is designed to present food, pastries, or retail items clearly while protecting them from dust and handling. It maintains a neutral temperature using ambient airflow, preserving the look and quality of unwrapped goods without altering their texture or taste.

Items are loaded from the back via sliding tempered-glass doors that glide smoothly on tracks. Once closed, the doors create a seal, keeping the interior free from contaminants. The cabinet's full-height glass panels on three sides allow customers to view products from any angle, while protective aluminium profiles shield the edges from damage.

Operation is straightforward: arrange items on the shelves, close the rear doors, and let the unit maintain its neutral environment. The optional LED lighting, controlled by a simple on-off switch, brightens the display evenly without generating heat that could affect the contents.

Built with stainless steel for both interior and exterior surfaces, the cabinet is durable and easy to clean. The tempered glass panels are secured within aluminium frames, ensuring long-term stability. With dimensions of 555 mm wide, 330 mm deep, and 215 mm high, it fits neatly on most worktops without taking up excessive space.

Cleaning is simple: wipe stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, and use glass cleaner for the panels. Regular maintenance of the sliding doors ensures smooth operation.

An optional LED lighting kit can be added to enhance product visibility. This exhibition showcase is well-suited for cafés, bakeries, delicatessens, and retail settings.
